The Trumpsters are getting unhinged. These people are cluesless about democracy. It’s a battle of the uneducated, the ones who don’t need or want education, against the evolved free-thinkers of that country. It does not look good. A civil war might be in the making. So sad to see the US deteriorate in front of our eyes. It has been robbed repeatdedly by its elites and now the deplorables are finishing the job.
Trump has announced the election has ended and for his backers to stop voting and vote counting as was done in 2000 and he expects police and SCOTUS to back him…and the Russians.
VT: Across the country, Proud Boys and MAGA militia types are blocking highways, setting up road blocks and brandishing weapons as an election disaster seems to be inevitable.
The message is clear, they are willing to kill to stop an orderly transfer of power, acting on the orders of renegade chief exec, Donnie Trumpstein.
Daily Beast: The FBI has begun investigating Friday’s reported “ambush” of a Biden-Harris campaign bus by pro-Trump demonstrators on a Texas highway, according to the Texas Tribune, which cited a law enforcement official.
The agency confirmed the news on Sunday, noting, “FBI San Antonio is aware of the incident and investigating. No further information is available at this time.”
A Biden campaign official described the group’s actions as an attempt to run the bus, which did not contain either Democratic Party candidate, off the road.
However, multiple sources confirmed that Wendy Davis, a Democratic challenger running in Texas’ 21st Congressional District, was on the bus. President Trump tweeted his support of the aggressive caravan after the incident, crowing, “I LOVE TEXAS!”
ANNA KOOIMAN (CO-HOST): Just set the scene for us yesterday because these images are startling when you see the traffic snarls caused by these protesters, disrupters.
SHERIFF PAUL BABEU: Well not only we had miles of backup of vehicles yet these protesters, we all appreciate and protect the First Amendment, freedom of speech and to rally, protest. Yet when you interfere with the public roads, you can’t block traffic. They had vehicles across the road, they had lots of people even tying themselves to the vehicles. And they were given multiple warning by officers to clear the roadway, even given ten minutes, and they still didn’t do that. So they were arrested. Three were arrested, and the rest got out of the way, and we had to tow a number of vehicles.
TUCKER CARLSON (CO-HOST): Hm. So in the name of combating fascism they’re committing it. Just to be clear since you’re a law enforcement official, it’s not legal to block the road even if you’re protesting something, correct?
BABEU: Oh absolutely not. And that’s where — look, we even established places for people to hold peaceful rallies, because we don’t want anybody to get injured. But you cant interfere or stop other people from holding a rally and you certainly can’t impede traffic and that’s what exactly what they did.

The United States is utopia embodied. You should not judge their crisis in the same way as we judge ours – the crisis of the old European countries. We have a crisis of historical ideals caused by the impossibility of realizing them. They have a crisis of a realized utopia as a consequence of its duration and continuity.
The idyllic conviction of Americans that they are the center of the world, a higher power and an absolute role model is not such a delusion.
It is based not so much on technological resources and military forces as on a miraculous belief in the existence of an embodied utopia – a society that, with what it may seem unbearable innocence, is based on the idea that it has achieved everything that others only dreamed of: justice, abundance, rights, wealth, freedom; America knows it, it believes it, and in the end, others also believe it.
J. Baudrillard. “America”.
The French postmodernists J. Baudrillard, J. Derrida, J. Lyotard and J. Deleuze warned the world about the dangers of the impending crisis of the postmodern world, but the country, which achieved the greatest success in the implementation of postmodern principles, did not hear them.
The quiet voices of philosophers have been drowned out by fanfare of tremendous successes in the creation of a global village entirely under US control, and by the jubilant voices of false philosophers such as Fukuyama and false geopoliticians like Brzezinski. Jean Baudrillard wrote about the phenomenon of implosion. Implosion is a crisis state of an object in which mutation processes are taking place, preparing an explosion directed inward. We are still seeing small explosions all around in American society, and these are the first detonators of the big bang and annihilation.
The huge hyperreal bubble of the American empire, inflated to incredible proportions, has reached its critical limit and even according to the most optimistic expectations, if they are possible at all, a big bang cannot be avoided.
The rejection of the natural laws of nature in the United States is particularly widespread and destructive.
Gender diversity, genetic mutations in agriculture, rejection of natural forces to heal (complete transition to chemistry or surgery), transhumanism in increasingly aggressive forms, forests that no one ever cares about, rivers and lakes, on the banks of which you will not see walking people, roads that no one walks on foot for a long time, people bloated to the size of Goliath by hormones in food, food that is more poison than medicine.
Communication has long been turned into a simulation since there is no sincerity, there is no desire to open the soul, there is a fear of frankness. If in other societies it is spiritual communication that helps to overcome stress and life tragedies, here a person in mental anguish is doomed to a desert of loneliness in the fog of tranquillizers. In my first year in America, I heard from my husband that his colleague’s wife had committed suicide. I asked how old she was and how she passed away. At 50, she threw herself under a train.
Almost all the achievements of American civilization have turned into slow killers of itself due to implosive mutation.
If we talk about America’s soft power, which made it possible to hold captive the charm of millions and millions of those suffering a better life and associate the image of paradise with America, it melted long ago, the process began with the Vietnam War and reached its climax today, when the peoples of the world have already ceased to care what is going on here in America, going about their business and only sometimes amazed, looking at the leapfrog events in American cities.
The simulation of reality was most vividly manifested during the current election campaign. Through the efforts of political strategists and the media, a hyperreal space was created – the space of simulations. Both Trump and Biden are more vivid, viable, and more authentic simulators than their originals. But the tragedy is that the modern world, in which the winner will have to act, is far from an artificially created hyperreal space. Tragedy for America, but salvation for the world.
The survival instinct inherent in any living organism has practically been killed by the Americans by a long policy of tolerance. If you look in medical reference books, tolerance is suppression of the body’s ability to fight against foreign elements that have entered it. Under the guise of a struggle for democratic values, a tough policy of tolerance killed the society’s ability to fight and reject what brought death to society. The generation of simulacra in politics – political correctness, killed the ability of society to criticize and reject the most dangerous ideas and phenomena for public health.
The image of a country of great dreams and universal prosperity, created by all the forces of a gigantic propaganda machine, has become the greatest deception that has poisoned the minds of millions around the world, but above all the Americans themselves. Their consciousness is still in sweet captivity and this captivity turned out to be stronger than the survival instinct.
Not a single politician who has entered the political arena in the United States in recent years has dared to honestly call the state of American society a coma. Passive, inert, agonizing state, in which there is not even a glimpse of living thought, but at the same time there is a stormy pre-election campaign, and although the voter is deprived of real choice, he is emotionally involved in the simulation machine. But whoever wins this race, will this sweet poison of simulated welfare disappear?
The most catastrophic changes in the consciousness of American society have occurred in the past thirty years. Fanfare of the victory over the USSR (the Evil Empire, as Reagan called this country) intoxicated and turned their heads to those who had long dreamed of global control of the world. The plundering of a huge country went on under the simulacrum of assistance to democratic changes in Russia, the same process went on and still continues in all countries of the post-Soviet space.
Instead of democracy came the power of puppets, instead of the promised abundance of liberal capitalism – poverty and extinction for the majority of the population. In the process of plundering Russia, a criminal alliance of the criminal “new Russians” with the Wall Street robbers rapidly developed, and a careful outlook can even today see the legacy of this alliance.
Most of the Russians, who during the perestroika period believed that America wished us well and was ready to help us enter the brotherhood of developed countries, went through “shock therapy” and became sober after losing their illusions. Neither Putin nor Lavrov has any need to interfere in the elections or in the political life of America in general, the main conclusions about what happened to America and what awaits it were made by Vladimir Putin in Munich in 2007.
Globalization, which promised to turn the world into a single peaceful oasis, where technology will turn human life into a paradise on Earth, in fact, turned out to be only a simulacrum, behind which the predatory plans of the more greedy than ever owners of corporations were hidden.
These plans and strategies took away from America the basis of real-life for most ordinary men and women – plants and factories, small businesses that produce goods, not services.
Millions of people have lost the foundation for a normal life – a job that does not depend on fluctuations in stock prices and global trends.
Digitalization in all major spheres of the economy has created the foundation for simulation – capital, the labor process itself, education, culture.
What can a teacher who communicates with a dozen children using Zoom give children? Is it possible to replace live communication with the teacher and classmates?
The process of childbirth over the phone became the apogee of the simulation of progress in medicine. What, if not a simulation, the provision of an ambulance in emergency departments in the United States, when the patient waits 4 hours until his turn comes and then he will be asked questions: “Would you like to invite a priest?”, “Have you ever had time for thoughts of suicide? ” and a huge list of other questions that are absolutely unimportant at the moment when the patient writhes in pain and longs for help and sometimes the effort to endure goes on for minutes.
The simulation of the world’s most powerful and technologically-equipped health-care system is particularly evident during the months of critical growth in Corona-Virus patients. Medical staff in garbage bags, tents for patients instead of hospital wards, wealthy leaders of the best hospitals in New York, who abandoned their teams in the midst of the tragedy and went to rest in their luxurious villas in Florida, despair and death of those who were not admitted to hospitals due to for lack of insurance – all this is the payback for simulating well-being.
Culture in its true form is a process of filling Being with meanings. But the simulation of culture is an orgy of naked bodies on the screen and on the stage, ordinary sex in the cinema or theatre no longer causes a surge of feelings in anyone, everyone wants more frankness and more perversions with general tolerance.
And no one notices that Hollywood is not a factory of stars anymore, but the main producer of opium for the people.
In the 19th century, Britain put millions of Chinese people on opium, and in the 21st century, Hollywood gradually switched from soft drugs to increasingly hard drugs, simulating the introduction of the American Dream and American values into families in America and throughout the accessible world.
Billions of people have become simply unnecessary for those who plan to further advance the plans of the globalists. To help them, concerned about the overpopulation of the planet, comes science and simulation. The only daredevil who questioned the need to foster gender diversity and expressed confidence that women need a responsible and strong man was brutally persecuted by angry feminists and now Professor Peterson is practically knocked out of the battlefield.
Mutations of the social organism occur with the relentlessness of cancer proliferation. For many American families, sports were an outlet from the frantic race of life, but today the stadiums are empty, matches can only be watched on TV.
This is how an entire ritual part of American life dies imperceptibly – a trip with your son or friends to a match of your favorite team, the euphoria of joint empathy for victory or bitterness of defeat, instead of a living element of feelings – a simuclear of the once most important part of life. No more any perfect TV can replace the real life of a fan in the stadium or around the ring. The public has yet to realize what happened to him during the covid-19 pandemic.
Once the competition between the two parties was the real engine of the political process, but now this competition has turned into a farce. How can contenders for power compete if they are similar to each other as twin brothers? For the public, they masterfully play political battles, but if you look at the essence of these battles, they do not decide anything. The solution of the main problems of the country, the treatment of its terrible diseases are not the priority of politicians-simulators. This is the root of the American tragedy today.
Jean Baudrillard, who visited America, felt the madness of New York back in 1986, today he could say the same words about the whole country America on the eve of the 2020 elections:
“In New York, madmen are free. Put out on the streets, they’re not all that different from the punks, junk, junkies, alcoholics, beggars who fill it. It is unclear why a city, just as mad, would suddenly keep its madmen locked up, why should he deprive the movement of these samples of madness, if it, in one form or another, has already captured the entire city. “
I think that any American who wants to get out of this madness alive has to have an important thought: I don’t know how I’m going to win. I just know I’m not going to lose. ” And this has nothing to do with the outcome of the elections.
Canada’s chief public health officer says data suggests 2020 will be the country’s worst year for overdose deaths on record.
This year could be the deadliest on record in the drug poisoning epidemic that has slammed Canada, compounding and worsening the problems of COVID-19.
But while Ottawa spends billions to develop treatments and vaccines to crush the coronavirus, a new report from the Public Health Agency of Canada says things may only worsen for drug users, if immediate action isn’t taken.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau continued to laud his government’s action to combat the crisis, insisting he has taken “strong action to fight the opioid epidemic,” in response to a question from VICE News on Friday.
Trudeau rattled off action his government has taken, including expanding access to safe consumption sites, making overdose-reversing drug naloxone more readily available, and providing prescription drug alternatives to users.
Yet access to services remains spotty across the country. There are no supervised consumption sites in Saskatchewan and Manitoba, and sites tend to be grouped around major cities. There are open questions as to whether the measures taken to fight the opioid crisis will be effective against burgeoning methamphetamine abuse.
But his own public health agency confirms that things are worsening, not getting better. On Thursday, Dr. Theresa Tam, Canada’s chief public health officer, released her annual report, which focused on some of the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Simulations run by the public health agency report that increased prices, increased or unstable levels of fentanyl in the drug supply, a lack of support services, and isolation caused by the COVID-19 will likely mean the “opioid overdose deaths may increase in 2020 beyond the levels seen at the peak of the opioid crisis in 2018.”
The data suggests it’s already the case. Over 1,200 people have died in British Columbia in the first nine months of this year, worse than the 2018 peek. Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Ontario are all reporting significant spikes in overdose and poisoning deaths.
Reporting standards on overdose deaths are inconsistent across the country, but VICE News found at least 2,898 Canadians died of overdose or poisonings in the first nine months of the year.
On Wednesday, Tam told CBC’s Power & Politics that overdose prevention sites and harm reduction measures were necessary, but suggested they just weren’t enough.
“I do feel that we have to have good debate, discussion, about the decriminalization of simple possession of drugs, because we can’t arrest our way out of that crisis, and so it is time,” she said, acknowledging that many of her local colleagues have endorsed the call to decriminalize.
When VICE News asked health officers across the country their views, six, in addition to Tam, called for some form of decriminalization or legalization. “This is a good opportunity to address that as a society,” Tam said.
Pressed on the fact that his senior most health advisor is pushing him on decriminalization, and that the actions his government has taken have not reduced the overdose trend, Trudeau reverted to the same talking points he has used for years.
“We know that there is no one solution to stopping the opioid epidemic,” he said. Trudeau insisted that “we are looking at a broad range of actions,” but specified none.
“We will still continue to listen to the best advice of experts and public health officials as we look for other steps we can take as we continue to fight that epidemic,” Trudeau added.
To date, decriminalization has been endorsed by the chief public health officers of Canada, British Columbia, Vancouver, Toronto, Quebec, Montreal; the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police; B.C. Premier John Horgan; Vancouver Mayor Kennedy Stewart; the New Democratic Party; the members of the Liberal Party of Canada; Liberal Members of Parliament Nathaniel Erskine-Smith and Hedy Fry.
That’s why the US is in such an irreversible mess. Because it is in denial about how bankrupt its supposed democracy has become. Instead of facing up to how Americans are living in an oppressive oligarchy that runs a puppet show every four years, the political class seeks distraction by scapegoating Russia and other “foreign enemies”.
As America heads into a torrid presidential election next week there are widespread fears of violence breaking out. Some pundits are even concerned that the violence could turn into a civil war.
It’s a perfect storm. Partisan hostilities are at boiling point. President Donald Trump and his Republican supporters are oozing with contempt for Democrat rival Joe Biden and his so-called “liberal” followers. The latter likewise despise Trump and his “deplorable” base.
The distortions speak of frenzied misapprehensions. The “soul of the nation” is at stake, so they claim. The most absurd distortion is Trump telling his base that Biden is a “socialist” who will unleash a Marxist revolution. It really demonstrates how misinformed Americans are and how dangerous ignorance can be. If only Americans really did have a genuine socialist choice to vote for then the country might find a way out of its collapsing state.
Then there is the incendiary issue of the election’s legitimacy. Trump has already undermined the credibility of the ballot, calling it “rigged” and the “most corrupt ever”. So if he loses, as polls suggest, millions of his supporters won’t accept Biden as the next president. Trump has already threatened he won’t consent to a peaceful transfer of power.
And if Trump manages to pull off a surprise victory, there will be millions of Democrats who won’t accept his legitimacy, claiming that the incumbent suppressed mail-in votes and other high jinks.
Added to the sharp tensions is the anticipated confusion over final results. The tally of mail-in votes could take days to complete and each of the 50 states has different rules about when to close the counting. It is therefore possible that both candidates could simultaneously claim to be the winner citing different ways to compute the votes.
Still more alarming are reports that gun sales in the US are off the charts, with 17 million firearms having been bought so far this year – a record. Analysts point to the ongoing anxieties from months of street protests against police brutality and shooting of black people. Those tensions again fall along partisan lines, with Republicans accusing Democrats of fomenting protests. The antagonism has already led to deadly shootings.
Another factor boosting gun sales is the backdrop of the coronavirus pandemic. Trump supporters in particular believe the pandemic is a cover for the federal government quashing civil liberties. This has prompted armed militia to prepare for insurrection. The discovery of a plot by 13 militia members to kidnap and execute a Democrat governor is typical of the sinister underground networks in the US which can be expected to react to a disputed election.
What is derisory, however, is the media effort to blame Russia for the chaos.
It is an article-of-faith among media networks and pundits that Russia is interfering in the US election, in the same way, it is claimed (again without evidence) that Russia allegedly meddled in the 2016 election. Moscow has repeatedly dismissed these claims as ridiculous.
Former Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats this week in an interview with CBS News took the false narrative up a sinister notch by linking alleged Russian interference with the anticipated post-election violence.
“The nightmare scenario is that on election night, people will draw conclusions or days after will draw conclusions that their candidate has been denied a victory and that public riots will result and violence might result from that,” said Coats. And he added that Russia is fomenting this violence.
“They’re [Russia] going after us. They’re the New England Patriots of messing with elections,” commented Coats using a corny football metaphor.
So there you have it. American politics and society is a mess from its own inherent problems. Those problems are in danger of exploding into large-scale violence, if not a civil war-like conflict. Yet American media and supposed “intelligence” figures are striving to lay the blame for this dystopia on Russia.
America’s political class is delusional and in denial. That’s why they are facing terminal dysfunction. It is the antithesis of “democracy” because the politicians and media are never held to account by the people for the warmongering, poverty and inequality. That’s part of the perfect storm for violence in the US. Falsely, disingenuously blaming others for their own inherent disorder only makes for more disorder. It’s a downward spiral.
Scientists keep reminding people that pathogens can become trapped on face masks and that the masks should be sterilized between use. So one popular question that has come up lately is, ‘can ultraviolet (UV) light do the job?’
We’ve seen UV’s powerful benefits before. Cutting-edge technology has been used to sterilize hospitals in state-of-the-art facilities for years. This technique even made headlines when Ebola was scaring the world.
Ideally, single-use face masks should be worn once and then thrown away, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. That’s certainly true of the top-of-the-line N95 masks used by healthcare workers that are designed to filter out 95% of tiny particles when properly fitted to a wearer’s face.
But last week, the CDC released new guidance on decontamination methods for emergency situations, such as the one healthcare workers are facing with the COVID-19 pandemic. Any disinfection process would need to kill the coronavirus without harming an N95 mask’s ability to filter particles or fit snugly to the skin.
Ultraviolet germicidal radiation is one of the methods presented by the CDC, and UV light has generated great interest from the public. It’s already used in hospitals to disinfect contaminated surfaces. And there’s a fairly robust market of devices aimed at consumers, such as disinfectants for sleep apnea machines (although no such devices have been approved by the Food and Drug Administration so far). Other products purport to clean cellphones and disinfect water bottles.
Here’s a closer look at what ultraviolet light is and why it could be a useful tool in combating the coronavirus in certain situations.
What is UV light?
Ultraviolet light, also known as UV light, is invisible to humans. Though it’s adjacent to visible light on the electromagnetic spectrum, its wavelengths are just too short for our eyes to register and see.
UV rays are also high-energy, so while we can’t see them, we certainly feel their effects. For instance, ultraviolet light generated by the sun is what gives you a tan — or a sunburn. It can also lead to skin cancer.
Ultraviolet light falls into three categories, according to the World Health Organization:
• UVA: This is the lowest-energy form of UV, and it accounts for about 95% of the ultraviolet light that reaches the Earth from the sun. It can penetrate deep into the skin’s layers, which makes it responsible for the early tanning effect. It also contributes to skin aging, wrinkling and possibly skin cancer.
• UVB: This higher-energy type of ultraviolet light can permeate the skin’s superficial layers. It’s responsible for delayed tanning (and burning), and is a big contributor to skin cancer and aging. Most of the UVB that comes our way is absorbed by the Earth’s ozone layer, so it only makes up about 5% of the solar UV that reaches Earth.
• UVC: The highest-energy category of ultraviolet light — any higher and you’d be in X-ray territory — is also the most damaging. Luckily, the ozone layer and atmosphere completely absorb it.
The UV light used in medical disinfection devices is a particular wavelength of UVC.
How does UV disinfect stuff?
Ultraviolet light can penetrate the cells of pathogens and damage the DNA or RNA that contain their genetic code, said Jim Malley, an environmental engineer at the University of New Hampshire.
There’s also some evidence that UV can damage the amino acids and proteins that either protect the virus or allow it to attach to and infect a host cell.
So it’s already in use?
Yes. People have been disinfecting things with UV for more than a century, according to Ron Hofmann, an environmental engineer at the University of Toronto.
Many experts say the first full-scale UV disinfection system for water treatment was used in Marseilles, France, in 1910, Malley said.
Modern UV devices come in a range of shapes and sizes. Some are not much bigger than cellphones. Others can be as large as a Cadillac Escalade — or multiple Escalades parked nose to bumper, in the case of the systems used to disinfect drinking water in Los Angeles and New York, Malley said.
Many midsize UV machines — about the size of a large garbage bin — are used in hospitals to disinfect patients’ rooms after they’ve left.
Mediamatters: Militia leader Stewart Rhodes says that his group will be at polling locations and is ready to kill Democrats
Oath Keepers militia leader Stewart Rhodes said members of his militia will be at polling locations on Election Day to “protect” Trump voters during an appearance on far-right conspiracy theorist Alex Jones’ program.
After making that claim, Rhodes made a number of unhinged statements, including saying Oath Keepers would follow directives from President Donald Trump to take members of the “deep state” into custody and “do what we have to do,” that Trump should invoke the Insurrection Act before the election, that Oath Keepers will “be in range” of Washington D.C., to stop a “Benghazi-style” attack on the White House on election night, and that a war will have to be fought against Democrats on the West Coast who are “bought” by the Chinese government. Rhodes also hyped the possibility of a second civil war where his “battle-hardened” supporters kill the “street soldiers” and “command and control” of “the radical left.” He later claimed the United States is already in a civil war because “you have sitting politicians who are part of the enemy’s ranks.”
Disturbingly, Rhodes telegraphed how he will interpret election results, saying that he would consider a win by Democratic nominee Joe Biden illegitimate and evidence the election had been stolen, presaging how he and his militia might react to that outcome.
Rhodes’ Oath Keepers militia, which is comprised of “former law enforcement officials and military veterans,” is described by the Southern Poverty Law Center as “one of the largest radical antigovernment groups in the U.S. today.” The Los Angeles Times reported Rhodes has indicated that some Oath Keepers “have signed up as poll watchers, while others plan to monitor the election armed and ‘undercover,’ drawing their weapons if needed.”
During an October 27 appearance on The Alex Jones Show, Rhodes said members of his militia are going to “stand up and protect people on Election Day” at the polls because opponents of Trump will be supposedly “coercing and threatening” his supporters as part of an effort by Democrats to steal the election.
He went on to make a number of statements filled with violent rhetoric against the left:
Discussing the “coming civil war,” Rhodes said Trump should “declassify all the secrets” to expose the “deep state” and that then his group will “go and put it to them, and take them into custody and do what we have to do.”
Rhodes said Trump should invoke the Insurrection Act before the election, when “he was the clear, undisputed president of the United States,” in order to stay in power.
Rhodes said his group is “concerned about a Benghazi-style attack” on election night against the White House and that some of his “best men” will be “posted outside of D.C.” and “within range.” He said he does not trust the military because a “stand-down order” could be issued that allows the attack to happen. Rhodes said such an attack could result in “the antifa flag or communist flag flying over the White House.”
Jones then raised the prospect of up to 20,000 antifa supporters storming the White House on the night of the election and predicted that would cause the Secret Service to “run out of bullets.” Rhodes said “that’s what we’re concerned about,” claiming the people who would plan an attack on the White House “have a lot of jihadists who are well-trained and experienced in warfare.”
Rhodes said that “bought” Democrats and “leftists” on the West Coast are participants in a proxy war being waged by China against the U.S., saying, “That’s who we are fighting right now on the streets.” (Rhodes and other Oath Keeper supporters have showed up at protests against police brutality carrying weapons.) Rhodes then said, “You got to defeat them in warfare, and then you got to figure out, it’s kind of like with the Founding Fathers dealing with the loyalists, what do you do with these people?”
After Jones asked him about “military rules of engagement,” Rhodes predicted a possible civil war between the right and left and said that “our side will not just go and fight their street soldiers; we will go for their command and control also” because “that’s a smart thing to do in warfare. That’s what’s going to happen.”
Rhodes then said, “We’ve had recent discussions with guys that are special warfare veterans and also currently serving. They’re paying very much attention to what’s going on and quite a few of them are waking up. And so it’s not going to be an easy fight for the radical left. They’re going to get swamped with very competent, battle-hardened veterans on our side.”
Rhodes declared that there is already a civil war in the U.S., “because you have sitting politicians who are part of the enemy’s ranks,” adding that “we have 14 million veterans, I believe, at least, a massive pool of combat veterans who are awake and aware.”
Ahead of Election Day, there is mounting concern that firearms will be brought to voting locations and used to intimidate voters. On October 27, a Republican-appointed Michigan judge struck down a directive that prohibited firearms from being openly carried at polling sites in that state after several pro-gun groups filed a lawsuit. Just six states and Washington, D.C., have total bans of firearms at voting locations.

The US Federal Reserve has never been right in its policies and has set up the American economy for an even bigger crisis, said economist Peter Schiff at the Virtual Investor Day Conference.
According to Schiff, the United States is entering the final chapter of the book the former Fed Chair Alan Greenspan started to write, unleashing the loose money policy that blew up the dot-com bubble.
“When that bubble popped, instead of admitting his mistakes, Greenspan ignored them and tried to revive the economy by inflating a bigger bubble in the real estate market than the bubble that had just popped in the stock market. And the Fed succeeded in inflating that bubble. But that was not a success. It was a failure.”
People were using the inflated value of their homes as ATMs, and that drove consumer spending. They were living beyond their means and nobody was saving, Schiff said. “So, the whole economy was distorted by the malinvestments and bad decisions that were being made as a result of artificially low interest rates.”
When the Fed tried to normalize, the bubble popped, the mortgage market blew up, and that resulted in the Great Recession. “Everything the Fed said about their ability to normalize rates and shrink the balance sheet was wrong. I said they were wrong as they were saying it. They never were able to normalize interest rates. They never came close to returning the balance sheet to pre-crisis levels,” said Schiff.
He noted that today the central bank is running QE infinity – that is, open-ended quantitative easing – and stating that rates will stay at zero for years. “We are now the banana republic that Ben Bernanke assured us we would never become,” Schiff opined.
According to the stockbroker, “The Federal Reserve has never been right. Everything they have said about the efficacy of their policies, what their policies would create, and their ability to reverse them or unwind them, has been wrong. And it’s amazing how consistently wrong they have been.”
Schiff concluded: “We are headed for a US dollar crisis and a sovereign debt crisis. The magnitude of this crisis will be unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. Because this is not just mortgages blowing up. This is the credit of the United States government. This is the risk-free asset becoming the most toxic asset on the planet.
“And it’s not just US Treasuries that are going to collapse, but it’s the entire US-denominated bond market which is built on top the foundation of US Treasuries. So, Treasuries go – it all goes – corporate bonds, muni bonds, mortgages. Any debt instrument that is denominated in US dollars is going to collapse.”
Understanding the sinister agenda being forced upon us
